The Italiano by Chef Joey brings classic East Coast red sauce Italian dining to Scottsdale with an upscale twist. Located at 90th and Shea in Mercado del Rancho, the restaurant pairs house-made pastas, premium steaks, and authentic Sicilian dishes with a roaming antipasto cart featuring over 30 curated items. Chef Joey Maggiore built the concept as a tribute to his late father, legendary Scottsdale chef Tomaso Maggiore, blending decades of family tradition with a modern, Las Vegas-inspired atmosphere. Theatrical murals, live piano, and casual elegance set the tone for date nights, private dining, and special occasions. Open for lunch Monday through Friday and dinner seven days a week, with a full lounge and complimentary valet parking.

After 20 years in our North Scottsdale location we're back and ready to share our delicious Italian cuisine with Scottsdale again! We've moved to 100th St. and FLW in the Centennial Marketplace across from Zipps.
