Pinyon brings coastal Mediterranean cuisine to Old Town Scottsdale, set along Civic Center Park. Lunch, dinner, weekend brunch, and daily happy hour from 3–7 PM at our upstairs and downstairs bars. Inspired by the food cultures of 22 Mediterranean countries — Spain, Italy, Greece, Morocco, Turkey, and beyond — our menu features house-baked pita, the Hummusiya, fresh raw bar, crudos, pastas, and open-flame dishes from our Josper grill imported from Barcelona.
