Nestled in the historic downtown district of Scottsdale, Arizona, Jewel of the Crown is a highly acclaimed restaurant serving gourmet cuisine of India. SHINBAY is Arizona's first and only Omakase restaurant curated and led by Osaka Native - Chef Ken Tanaka.
