The mission of The Firm Pilates Body Training Centers is to give our student, whether a beginner or advanced, a safe place to practice Pilates. It is our intention to keep the teaching of pilates safe and effective for all students. It is incumbent for our teachers to always act responsibly and with the student's interest in mind. Getting in shape with Pilates is a path anyone an embark on, from the couch potato to the uber-athlete. All Pilates exercises can be modified to meet the needs of the individual. Whether you train with the Pilates equipment or just the mat exercises, you can always adjust the motion and intensity to your own personal level.

Bain Atelier is a Romana's Pilates studio that embodies the authentic principles of Pilates as taught by Romana Kryzanowska, a direct disciple of Joseph Pilates. Our studio focuses on a classic, hands-on approach to Pilates, emphasizing proper alignment, controlled movements, and personalized instruction!

HeatCore is a Pilates studio located in North Scottsdale, Arizona where we teach Classical Pilates in solely private lessons focusing on high quality teaching and technique in a fun, warm and caring environment. I especially love teaching women and men, that have been dealing with injury, recovering from surgery or simply fell of the wagon and would like to get back to feeling better and do things they love such as golf, tennis, hiking or traveling.
