My name is Amy and I am the one and only at Glitter and Gloves fitness. Not only do I offer boxing and kicboxing sessions but I also offer strength training. I lost 50lbs when I first started kickboxing 16 yrs ago. I love how much fun I had losing the weight and getting in shape. It has driven me to want to help others stay fit (mind and body) or to learn how to be fit (mind and body).
