Center for Executive Medicine (CEM) is a membership-based concierge primary care practice in Scottsdale, Arizona, founded by Dr. Connie Mariano, former White House physician and retired U.S. Navy rear admiral. CEM provides personalized, proactive care for adults, young adults, college students and youth. Members benefit from longer appointments, convenient access to their physician and care team, comprehensive annual physicals, preventive health planning, telemedicine and assistance coordinating laboratory testing, imaging and specialists.
