At FROGS Physical Therapy, we focus on the biomechanics of your body and identify restricted joints and increased tension in muscles and connective tissue which are underlying causes of stress and strain to injured tissue or joints. This approach along with our individualized assessment, quickly identifies your root cause to a problem and a plan is developed to improve this dysfunction and realign your body without manipulation. We teach you how to address these imbalances and as part of your HEP (Home Exercise Program). You will feel empowered to correct your alignment with simple stretches or movements. We work together and discuss your progress and address issues as they arise. We are here to get you back into an active lifestyle.
