Raj M. Singh MD is a third-generation physician located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Helping patients across the metropolitan Phoenix area for 40 years, Dr. Singh is a specialist in regenerative therapy, spinal pain/injuries, and holistic wellness. Dr. Singh delivers evidence-based treatment on brain and spine health and rehabilitation.
