Tim Floor, Realtor

7669 E Pinnacle Peak Rd #110

My name is Kris LaCroix, and a love of horses brought me to Arizona in the 1970’s. Showing horses was my focus prior to becoming the director of auctions & marketing communications for a prominent Arabian horse business. The position required extreme attention to detail and customer service at the highest level. I decided to pivot into real estate in 1996 and since then I’ve been honored to serve hundreds of happy clients in the equestrian, luxury home, and vacation home markets. My decades of local market knowledge, combined with the global reach of the Sotheby’s brand have proven to be a reliable means for real estate success.
