Please order ahead for pickup. Our Craft Chocolate Factory is not open to the public. Zak's Chocolate is a local, family-owned small-batch craft chocolate maker and an artisan chocolatier shop. At Zak's we roast cocoa beans ethically sourced from different regions and make our own single origin and house blend chocolate to use in bars, truffles and other yummy confections. Each chocolate will taste different based on its origins and how we roast and refine to bring out unique flavor profiles. Like coffee and wine, each cocoa bean comes from a unique terroir that impacts its flavor. We hope to see you soon for a unique chocolate experience!

Artisan chocolates, desserts, coconut macaroons, chocolate sauces, snacks and more. All products are free of refined sugar, dairy, gluten, grains, eggs and soy. Our products are plant based, vegan, paleo & low glycemic. Products are diabetic, keto and raw friendly. The majority of our products use 3 to 5 ingredients and are organic. Our products are considerate of those with special nutritional needs, while satisfying those with the most discerning palate regardless of their nutritional needs. We suggest you call before dropping in. We are a working kitchen and want to make sure we are available to serve you. Monday we can take appointments with advance notice. Weekends we are at Farmers Markets or other events.
