Spiritually Fit Co-Op is an inclusive, community-focused yoga studio that strives to eliminate barriers for people on their healing journey. Yoga Studio

Join us for the best of hot and heated yoga. We offer ESenEM Hot 60 (a set sequence class,) ESenEM Movement (a flow-based class that is different each time,) and ESenEM Carve (yoga with weights.) We also have ESenEM 101 on Saturdays for those beginning their yoga journey.
